"This challenge was very hard both physically and mentally. It was overall a great challenge. The food and scenery were very, very good. I was a little underprepared training-wise (due to other commitments leading up to the challenge, and I should have done far more training). The range of weather conditions was way beyond what was expected, and there could have been better advice on what clothing to take with me (we had 10cm of snow one night and winds up to 30 knots on some of the other days). Overall, it was one of the great experiences of my life, and I would recommend the challenge to anyone (but a major requirement would have to be fitness)."
